I AM A FREAKING SENIOR.... finally. I can't believe I only have 6 months of school left. Insane. I started the PR program at UVU in the summer of '09, and have had AMAZING experiences. However... I also have realized what a TIME consuming career I have chosen... but it's okay. I've learned that it's okay to say no... even though I RARELY do. The month of january was insane preparing to launch my financial literacy pr campaign throughout Utah county, making connections, booking things, making sure designs would work. It was definitely a month filled with a LOT of tears... but things always work out...and will hopefully continue to work out. We have seen amazing success with our campaign in educating the county on budgeting and credit, and still have 2 weeks left of the campaign til we have to re-write it and cut 30 pages to 10 pages with our results to be shipped off to New York City by March 28th. Pray that things turn out well:)
I also applied for another PR trip that the UVU communications department is doing, and was interviewed and chosen to go to BOSTON with 6 other students. I'm soooo excited! I'm going for spring break in march and will be thrilled to have a little break before I come back to Utah and have to get our final campaign case perfected, and finish off the rest of the semester.
I've applied for an internship with a PR firm in New York for the summer, one that we met with during the New York PR trip last year. I'm not sure I'd even want it, but it can never hurt to apply. Other than that... my life is pretty insane and consumed with school,work,campaign.. and trying to have a bit of a social life. OH... and my cousin/basically sister Lindsey will be home from her mission TOMORROW NIGHT after serving in the Richmond, Virginia Spanish Speaking mission. I have butterflies just thinking about the reunion.
....and that is my life right now:)

I am so proud of you. I feel like that is all I ever say when I comment on your posts, but it is because everything you are doing is so awesome! I get so teary just thinking about how much you have accomplished and how freakin AWESOME you are. I love it. Miss you. (I know we are both busy but lets try to get together) love you.
