Canadian Thanksgiving

Every year since I have lived in Utah, I have been fortunate enough to attend a Canadian Thanksgiving. It's great being a dual citizen because I usually get two thanksgivings. This year was definitely one of the bests. On sunday night Colin and I went to a dinner that Steph Layton hosted at her place and we had fun hanging out with some of my calgary friends that live out here. The food was delicious!

Monday night, Colin had a friend that served her mission in Canada - put on another Canadian Thanksgiving dinner at a church right by the Timp Temple. There was a good group there, and I was actually the ONLY canadian there. A bunch of people served their missions there, and then some people just came for the food and to be with friends of course. Colin brought me - that's what he said his tie to canada was:)

It was a great thanksgiving and I feel very blessed and grateful that I was able to spend it with such great friends! I love my Canadians.

Kaiti, I love you! I'm so glad you had Canadian Thanksgiving - yum! Greg and I went to NY for ours. Seems funny, right? We spent it with my sister-in-law's cute family out there. I'm glad you're finding time to enjoy things and not spending alllll your time with school and busy school activities. Love you girl. You make me so proud! xo
