I worked with this guy named Cameron this summer at Pinnacle, we were buddies at work and had fun. We went out last night, and gave me a few options of what we could do, since i'd never been long boarding, I chose that... and it's a big thing in Utah. He said I was doing really well.. trying to teach me how. However, he hadn't told me how to go around corners. He just told me that if I felt I was going too fast and felt unbalanced to just jump off. Well I was going around a corner REALLY fast and tried to jump off, tripped and face planted... then rolled and scraped up my elbow, shoulder, and ear and of course my chin. My date panicked and ran over to check on me and I was concerned about my elbow, until he told me my chin was bleeding baddd. So he gathered some leaves.. after checking them first to make sure they were safe, and I held leaves to my chin to catch the blood until we got to his car.
It was the greatest first time longboarding. And until I biffed it I had a lot of fun with it. But I don't think I will ever go again haha.

KAITI! ouch! That looks so sososo soooo ouchy. I hope he is taking you out again to fix things up. I did that once longboarding except I skinned all the skin off of my back. OUCH! I love you!
